I'm afraid unless there's a reason, I can't start to fix it.
The only possible explanations I see are (based on this)
- The ip address was previously to a spammer (I hope not)
- There's content on the site linking to spam. (It is accessible to everyone)
However, I finally managed to find the place to appeal it
Until there's a reason, I can’t by definition work on the problem in any sensible direction.
