Devflarum is a administrator accessible sandbox server, free to use, is resistant to spam and "griefers", has most extensions installed and uses the latest code.

? If you discover a issue with the server (not accessible, passwords incorrect) trigger a reset prior to reporting it as a issue here. After a reasonable time (15-30min) it isn't resolved, report it here.
? Anyone may login and add images, text or links. Do not click on suspicious links of any kind. The only two valid links refer to this page and the commits page

Usage

Devflarum is intended to be used for experimenting with flarum. Breaking it and finding bugs is a intended usage and permitted, as well as nearly everything else.

I am hosting this on a good-will effort to better flarum. With that in mind, do not abuse the service ?

  • Do not prevent prevent others from accessing by:
    • Changing the INFO post and tag
    • Changing the default user passwords.

      did someone tamper with admin pass?

        fragicide Hmm.. That's incredibly ambiguous.
        I'm afraid unless there's a reason, I can't start to fix it.

        The only possible explanations I see are (based on this)

        • The ip address was previously to a spammer (I hope not)
        • There's content on the site linking to spam. (It is accessible to everyone)

        However, I finally managed to find the place to appeal it
        Until there's a reason, I can’t by definition work on the problem in any sensible direction.

          ameo Probably. It's not hard (you do have admin access after all.)

          On the other hand, completely purging it takes less then a second - so it's fixed ?

              False positive by Akismet... I resolved that.

                Interesting... my Malwarebytes is set to auto-update the database. I'll have to check it when I get home.

                  fragicide It seems to be fine on my end with Malware Bytes.

                      I just recently switched the domain to a different one so it might of been related to that.

                        a month later

                        In light of beta.3, I've fixed some of the bad gateway errors it was having and restored the demo site!
                        Perhaps this will let people test it for those without ssh access.

                        Ok - restored again since the composer switch.
                        It's now on --stability=dev.
                        It'll now upgrade to the latest one every 24 hours
