I don't seem to be able to reinstall flarum either. It simply says
Deprecated: The third argument to Zend\Stratigility\MiddlewarePipe() ($out) will be required starting with Stratigility and the database isn't populated, however it allows me to submit the install info.
I also believe it's core related as I disabled all extensions to see if that would resolve it (3rd party were disabled anyway) but no success.
