Couple of Recurring Error !!

Hi folks...

So I have an error (Oops! Something went wrong) that pop up every so often !!
I read a couple of stuff about such as issue 183, issue 502, and some post on that forum, but I don't get it ?
It happen while doing some action, like when installing an extension, or while using the extension Reactions by ReFlar...etc... But when I refresh the page, it worked!!

I also have a some issues with many extensions such as the markdown editor extension by xengine, which have strange behavior like sometime bold or italic doesn't work..etc.
Same for many other small action from differents extensions...

All that happen on a Flarum installed in local on a WampServer !! (is it the reason?)

(PS: is it normal to always get error such as "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of ** seconds exceeded in...", every freaking time I touch a bit of code (without mistake)... ??! (most of the time it's in "\matthiasmullie\minify\src\Minify.php")
And after, even when I restore original file and clean the cache the error remain !!?? I need to wait like 3to5 min before refreshing...
Oh and it is so slow.... I mean, my WampServer works fine with everything else (Grav, Wp..etc.), but flarum is freaking slow, I mean like 3to5 min to refresh the page on a local server... WOW !! That's "a bit" frustrating for developing stuff!)

1). That typically happens most of the time and simply enabling debug mode or even refreshing the page makes the error go away. Keep in mind that Flarum is still in beta, there are bound to be bugs that eventually will either be patched or removed so that they prevent even more bugs in the near future.

2). You can always post in the extension's discussion for support from the author or even members who have probably fixed issues with the extension on their own. Also, keep in mind that the extension was last updated a year ago and probably has bugs that haven't been reported in beta 7.

3). What is your WAMP version? I have not had a single issue with WAMP and Flarum since I set up my environment. Did you set a memory limit on PHP? How much memory is allocated to PHP? This is not much of an issue with Flarum but rather how you have your WAMP environment set up.

After a night of testing, I do have a better flow since I put back the PHP settings "max_execution_time" to 60 instead of 120.
To answer the question, for the PHP memory limit, it's 256. And WampServer is the 3.1 with Apache/2.4.27 & PHP/5.6.31 & MySQL/5.7.19 !! (I thought, as a beta, flarum will be more stable on PHP 5.x instead of 7.x !??)

Yeah I know that it's STILL a Beta, but to be honest, the dev will be so more fast and so more funny with a well documented Dev doc....
Maybe I didn't found what I'm looking for, but for now I can't really do what I want whitout touching the core !!
And I should admit that the extension creation process is strange to me, I will need more time to get it I guess !! Cause there are so much stuff that I need to do...
