Thanks for your interest! You can find the current translation documents here. However, please bear in mind that the documentation, and the localization infrastructure itself, is still under development. It might be a good idea to wait a while for things to settle down before getting started.
I believe other users have also indicated they'd like to work on a simple Chinese translation. You might want to search for related threads and pool your efforts with theirs.
