So the problem is that images do not appear?
The problem might be in some BB Code extension, it happened to me too when I was going to use it for the first time. I believe the extension uses Flarum's default syntax for images thought, but try also re-enabling that BBCode extension just for sure (or enable it, if it was disabled).

Replaces author avatars with the first image in a discussion's opening post.

It will make discussion-lists more informative and vibrant.

After issues with my host, I've decided to move my site tvnatter.com to Free Flarum. This is in the process of transferring over as I've just updated the domain.

I have a question and I'd appreciate it if anyone could help!

So I've completed these steps:

But how do I make it so www.tvnatter.com redirects to tvnatter.com as well? If a user was to use www. I would still want them to reach my site.

I believe you just need to get a www subdomain, if your host allows to do so, that's how most sites work.
I did that for my site and it works.

SKevo I did that, however when I go to www.tvnatter.com I now get a message that the security certificate is invalid, I think that’s due for the certificate only being set up for the root domain.

Prosperous I was with hostiso because they declared Flarum support, they installed it for and I got errors with every extension, so as support couldn’t help I made the switch. Free Flarum works better without any cost, it’s amazing!!! I’ll be making a donation later 🙂

@Sanguine I love your Flarum service. Just a quick question though, I'm trying to change my admin email as I signed up with a email@mysite.com domain however as I've linked this to your service, I no longer have the email mailbox.

I signed up for a standard outlook.com email and was going to change this over on the site but emails are delivering to it from the site. It seems to be only outlook this is happening with that I'm aware of at the moment. They're not even arriving in Junk folder. Any ideas?

chrisc did you mistakenly delete the MX records of your domain? The MX records take care of forwarding mail to servers that handle them.

luceos don’t think so. Emails are delivering to the likes of gmail, yahoo and aol emails. If the Mx records were deleted, they would be arriving I don’t think?

Another question. Does freeflarum support any analytics? Like google analytics?

It should, just put the analysis code in your header and it should work. The only problem is the verification, that you own the site. I don't have much experience with them, but there are several options how to verify that you own the page. I got analysis successfully working on my old Weebly (idk if i'm allowed to say the name, whatever, at worse some mod will just redact it) site, so I don't get why it wouldn't work on FreeFlarum (unless Google changed something).

SKevo no worries. We allow discussions about competing products here as well. Weebly isn't considered a direct competitor.

SKevo hey! I tried this the other day however it doesn’t detect when Flarum is changing pages. For example, I looked at my real-time analytics and it was showing I was on the site but when I navigated to a discussion etc, it was still saying I was on the homepage. Not sure if that’s something to do with the way Flarum works.

I'm not sure, but maybe it's because Flarum might be one-page application. You see when you navigate to other pages, it is smooth. But I'm totally not sure if it's because of that, so do not rely on this.
