For anyone else having problems setting up a CNAME to FreeFlarum and is using Cloudflare:

You actually have to click the orange status icon to become grey ("bypass cloudflare"), otherwise Cloudflare will NOT make a CNAME.

Sanguine Sent you an email, but thought I'd populate the problem here. But after setting up my email smtp incorrectly, I cannot access my forum anymore. Would be great to be able to manage database somehow, I see this might be on the roadmap? Also that integration with SendGrid would be very helpful ?

uncvrd Thanks for submitting. Flarum will brick if you enter an incorrect smtp driver. I have added a note to the relevant Github issue and fixed your forum.

In the next hour, FreeFlarum will be down for max 10 minutes while everything is migrated to a speedier server.

Profit: faster (esp JS minification) and the server deployment has now been completely automated, so in case of emergency a new server can be deployed in minutes.

Update 16:31 UTC Migration is complete, downtime was ~4 minutes. The DNS has been updated, cached DNS requests will be proxied by the old server for a while.

Felli Thanks! But it seem to require direct database access ("put it into the api_keys table") so not really suitable for a SaaS right now. Perhaps if the author would create a GUI entry for the api key?

Exclusively discuss.mysite.com or possible mysite.com (not subdomain)?
