I do understand the issue, that's why I am trying to help and that's why I invest so much time into FreeFlarum in my spare time, alongside my other important tasks. I reply fast and usually within 10 minutes and I think that this is a pretty good support for a free and voluentary, community provided service such as FreeFlarum (other paid competitors don't have such support, and don't reply withing weekends - we do). Please, be patient, we have our own lives too.
As for the user, I've removed it by using raw SQL statement. Could you try to visit the user directory now and see if it's working please?
