lakshya I've manually cleared the cache for your forum and migrated the database. Also, do you have the English language pack enabled? AFAIK it is required for translations to fallback to English ones, in case one is missing.
If the translations are still broken, then an extension most likely conflicts with another. But the most common problem for translations is the cache, which needs to be cleared once in a while, so check that again just in case
