Am I the only one seeing "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again." messages when posting/replying to posts and private conversations?

The only thing I have changed which I can think of is changing the custom domain from "naked" to www. But I am not sure if that could be the cause...

    ChipsyKing what's your forum name?

I think that I saw this behavior earlier at FreeFlarum. Some changes aren't visible to client right away and require a page reload (eg.: deleting a discussion). Custom domains shouldn't produce these kind of issues, so it might be because of an extension instead, but I need more information in order to help you

Hi! Im new here. And i needs some help about how Header is not working when Google Verify my site from Search Console. Someone can help me?

Merged 1 post from Can't verify my site with Google Search Console..

temey74938 please request it here: https://github.com/gwillem/freeflarum.com/issues/128. It was removed due to incompatibility with latest Flarum version. I've reopened the issue, so people can vote & discuss. But there doesn't seem to be announcement about beta.16 yet, so we'll have to wait for that

wolfshards Hello, and welcome! Google search console requires the code to be put in the <head> tag, but for some reason Flarum places it on top in the <body> tag despite saying that it's "header", which I think is confusing for users. Since not being able to verify site by Google is a common problem, I might consider to add the HTML Head Items extension after beta.16, so people can get their forums verified.

SKevo Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Name is park070 and these are the enabled extensions:

ChipsyKing all I see in the logs was just an incorrectly chosen mail driver error. The correct mail driver is SMTP, not mail (also for everyone else, as maybe 1 out of 10 people confuse this and then their mail isn't being sent. The mail driver is for Linux's (send)mail command/module and FreeFlarum doesn't support that).

I think that there will be errors in the browser console thought. Could you check please? Perhaps it was fixed in beta.16, which will be a available at FreeFlarum soon. I didn't find any other errors in your logs, so I assume that it's a client-side error.

              Hey team
How can I change my name from admin?
I can do that on this forum but I cannot do it on my freeflarum based forum.
              Thanks.

Go to your profile page, click edit user, and set your new username. As an admin you should be able to do this.

I have set up my email but when I try to send a test email I get the following error: "You're going a little too quickly. Please try again in a few seconds."

                  Sounds good.
Does the FreeFlarum default setting work for sending emails?

I'm getting an error with email notifications related to replies or @ mentions... the email is correct that there was a reply and gives a copy of the message...

but it doesn't refer to the user who wrote the reply.. instead it refers to my account name as the user who replied.

(This is with FoF pretty email extension disabled, as that seemed to be causing problems. before.. and I tried with re-enabling it, and got similar error as before)
