The error was related to missing GeoIP database for Nginx. This made Nginx unable to reload and the forum creation process wasn't finished for new forums. I've fixed it by quickly downloading a new database. This particular issue did not affect existing forums, yet
I have quickly bashed a script to fix those forums, but since I was doing everything from my mobile phone, it took me a good hour or two to fix everything back to normal (given that it was also 5:00 in the morning). In middle of that, some other people were creating forums, and that wasn't liked by PHP-FPM, which decided to die for some time (e. g. until I fix it) and so did all forums
As for the broken new forums, their owners had received an E-mail that their forum was reinstalled. Everything should be working now, and if it isn't, please contact us either here or by E-mail. I apologize for the issues and downtime caused, but everything should be okay now
