lichengkun135 there is currently no stable interval for extension updates, I update them around once every week or when I have time (yesterday was the most recent update I believe).
Forums cannot update their extensions manually because of rsync (all extensions are linked to our master forum, and we have to sync all forums after every update - in short, either sync all forums which takes 2 - 4 h, or do not update at all).
I saw this GitHub issue at our repo, and I assume that this would be a problem for multiple forums, so all extensions are currently being updated again. It might take a couple of hours until all forums are synced, but you can sync your forum sooner by "fixupping" it from your FreeFlarum settings.
