Nziie browsers cache DNS to speed up page loads. Have you tried in another browser or in private browsing/incognito?

If you want to preserve your browsing history and only clear cache, then tick the "Cached images and files" box only and select an appropriate time range. You should be able to visit your site normally afterwards

I’ve ran into an issue. I’ve tried creating a test account on my forum and it keeps spinning when trying to sign up. It’s been “spinning” for 5 minutes and nothing. I’ve done this multiple times and have tried with different emails, passwords, usernames, birthdays, in incognito mode, a different browser, etc. What should I do?

Nziie this is usually related to E-mail issues. Go to Admin > Mail and click on the "Test Mail" button to see if it suceeds.
There should also be server logs at https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings

SKevo the test mail worked to my main email. Here is what was at the top of the log:

Yes, I think it's caused by the ssl certificate expiring, I've contacted the administrator, it should be fixed soon
