Found the error and fixed it. Was my fault. Thanks anyway

SKevo It's happening because older forums were still using the SMTP driver to send mail through FreeFlarum. I have changed it so all forums that had the old localhost mail settings are using the mail driver now (which is the currently supported settings). Please let me know if that fixed the issue

Exactly the same error has been appearing again for a few days. Not consistently, but every now and then.

      zhushen12580 try regenerating VAPID keys for PWA (Administration > Extensions > Progressive Web App > Regenerate VAPID keys)

      Yolo your issue might not be related to the other errors. In order to investigate further, I will need to know your forum URL or at least the relevant log lines

      TeamF the last logs about unknown column are from when I was updating the PWA extension. What I believe happened is that the extension got upgraded, but the migrations for your forum haven't ran yet. I assume that your forum is more active, so when someone loads the page between the time window of extension update and forum database migration and cache clear (or "syncing"/"fix up"), the following errors are produced. I should come up with a system that puts forums into maintenance mode in the middle of an upgrade.

              Since the error did not appear continuously, I cannot give any information about it yet. But I will bring a feedback. Thanks very much

                    Yes, I have updated it already, thanks. But zhushen12580 had posted before the upgrade. I wasn't aware that the latest PWA version fixes it though, so I recommended to reset VAPID keys (according to the forum's error log) even after I upgraded all forums

                              zhushen12580 FreeFlarum does not allow forums to use two domains simultaneously because the current setup does not allow it. The best option is to currently create a redirect from the second domain to the primary one

                                    This will likely not change, because extension requests with the most upvotes are implemented in the future. This makes sure that the extensions have a certain demand and that they won't be left unused, as that would make FreeFlarum's server resource usage higher, which is not what I unnecessarily want. Instead, everyone can suggest new extensions, no matter if they are donor or not. Hope this makes sense

                                        We also get this error from time to time. At least that was the feedback from some users. Haven't figured out what exactly it could be though.
