Yolo it seems to work fine for me. I assume that there is something wrong with your forum. Could you let me know which forum has this issue, so that I may look into it? Also, try fixing up your forum beforehand (https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings) to see if it works
FYI, if you want to create regular backups of your forum, then it is better to use the "Download Data" button above, as exporting certain tables to CSV does not provide you with a full backup of your forum. I have added that ability because someone requested it for analytics purposes, but it isn't meant to be used for backups
