TeamF apologies, it seems that the cache had to be cleared. It should be working now

hi @SKevo service not working or is very slow

This website freeflarum.com/ is currently offline.
SSL handshake failed Error code 525

    Works now fine!

Trc4 service not working or is very slow

Unfortunately it is still slow. At least it takes a long time for a post to be published. The rest works at the usual speed.

      @SKevo we get the message:

      App Offline
      Network connection error
This app requires a network connection; it cannot be used offline. Please check your connection.

Yolo should be fixed now, sorry. Does anyone else have the same issue?

SKevo This message was also reported to me. But that was fixed after an hour. I hope you were able to fix the error 😉

TeamF I hope you were able to fix the error

Yes, that's what happened, just confirming whether it was actually fixed because sometimes adjusting the configuration fixes it for one forum and breaks another, so I always need to consolidate it properly :)

I have been getting a problem for a couple of days now. If I refresh the web page for my forum https://coffeetime.freeflarum.com/

I either get a "Cloudflare" confirm your human banner, then it goes to the forum, without me confirming anything. Or sometimes I get no network connection, or site does not exist.. Obviously there is a network connection my end, a good reliable one.

If I use the in forum refresh, which shows new posts not a web page refresh. I often get the little "something went wrong" red box, with the content either showing no posts, or the posts, but I have to clear the boxes.

This is happening to my users as well. I had changed nothing in the configuration to precipitate this.

DavecUK sorry, I was forced to temporarily strengthen Cloudflare's global protection, which is probably the result of that. After you confirm that you are not robot by passing the challenge, you will be granted a temporary pass to access the forum. The errors likely happen because the passage granted by Cloudflare has expired. I will raise this threshold so it lasts longer, which should hopefully fix the issue(?)

DavecUK I have set it to 8 hours, which is 16 times greater than it was before. Let me know if that helped (if not, there is also a chance that the errors are related to something else - in that case, I will investigate)

Yes, it seems to have eliminated the problems. Is it possible to have forum administrators excluded from it as I remain logged in all day to keep an eye on things?

They still get the cloudflare message, now just every 8 hours, so they're still getting upset 🙁

DavecUK Your Forum looks quite big from a FreeFlarum perspective. You might want to consider moving to a dedicated hosting so you have control over all aspects of your experience.

GreXXL Thanks, that's very helpful...except it would result in the forum closing.
