1) Nothing in my spam folder, so then the next question....nothing comes to any of the 3 addresses I have used as test users, neither on a desktop or iPhone.
2) However, all 3 test users (me, with different addresses) received the welcome message.
3) When you say provider, I am using these: xxxx@gmail.com for my admin mail. Is it this one only, or any of the user emails? The other two are hosted by a very big and reliable company called mailbox.org. I am unclear if the issue may be related to me as the admin or any of there user accounts?
4) I imagine gmail does not block, but none of the mailboxes are getting through.
5) For the record my emails are all accessible via my home computer (ISP and Mac mail program) and my IPHONE (Docomo is the provider)
6) Before I go any further in trying to set up another mail provider, let me confirm that the OUT OF THE BOX setup does not require I add a username or password, right? Only if I want to over-ride with another provider or account?
7) Finally, I noticed another anomaly. In my settings, at first there about 5 or 6 items, but now there are only 2. They are

I wonder what happened to all the other questions and could thins be related to my issue?
