I would like to know a bit more about the ads, types of data collection and privacy policy etc., I know it came up before further up, but I am not sure how sufficient your terms & conditions are.... one thing is that it says "FreeFlarum.com will not share your data with 3rd parties", but once you run an ad network on it, certain data will automatically be shared with that network (AdSense, etc.). And unless data is encrypted, and unless you run your own servers, data will be "shared" with whatever company you host the forums at.... out of personal experience, without making life too hard for yourself though, I would suggest making your service rock solid from a legal and communications policy stand point early one, don't wait for these annoying things until the service has grown too much, that might be a headache later ? Keep up the great work, I'm thinking about signing up ?
