Simple task: add banner

Hello everyone,

Using your flarum tool (and it's truely amazing) to setting up a website.
I display the tags page by default and would like to know if it is possible to add an image (like a banner) right here:

kayoo123 have you tried flagrow/ads? If I'm not mistaken it has an ad box in that spot somewhere.

It's working on my frontpage (tag pages) but also on everypage !!!
Is there a way to enable this only to my frontpage ?

kayoo123 you could put the ad inside a div and then hide that outside the index using custom css:

<div id="frontpageAd"><!--- ad here --></div>

#frontpageAd {
    display: none;
}
.App--index #frontpageAd {
    display: block !important;
}

Thanks for your advise but it's not working as intended...

add a div bloc just between Header.Hero.WelcomeHero and div.container
show only on my index page (tags view)

Is there no way to change template file ? or add a custom CSS ?

Please, I really need any help to do this !!!

ReFlar was thinking about creating an extension when beta 8 releases (and when the welcome hero is deprecated) that will allow for a simple banner to be added with the option for text, cover, and various other features. But who knows? We'll see how things go.
