Flarum Impossible to install (Fatal Flarum Error)

After setting up the forum name, database, and forum administrator, the forum goes blank white saying something went wrong, and go to the next page, which is a blank page. I am running Apache2, Ubuntu 16.04 TLS, as I have configured the web server block correctly, I have set the correct permissions, and I have installed all needed php and apache2 modules and extensions. It is currently installed in the root of apache2. I have tried Nginx, and Apache2.

ShadowPauler I have the same problem, but on localhost. I have installed Flarum locally on my computer before with composer and xampp, but now right after the database setup everything is just blank.

Were there any errors during the composer install?

I'd try dumping the vendor folder and running composer install --prefer-dist --no-dev

jordanjay29 No, there were no errors while using composer, nor any errors entering the information for the database. I will try the method you suggested up above real quick and report back to you.

Now, instead of setting up my flarum software on the web and a blank page appears, going to it directly shows the error now. However, I do get a warning... "Package http-interop/http-middleware is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use http-interop/http-server-middleware instead" which I have no idea what that means, or how to do that.

Um, can I get help on this please? It's still an issue, and i've found no way to fix it.

Does Chrome developer tools give any errors in the console or network tab?

Does storage/logs/flarum.log give additional hints?

Did you double check that your database credentials were correct?

What version of MySQL/MariaDB are you running?

Everything is working for me now @ShadowPauler

First, go to config.php and change the debug boolean value from false to true, and save the PHP file.
Then reload your browser, and see if you can see your forum start page.
If you can see the forum start page, then you can go back to the config.php file and turn the boolean value back to false, and restart your server.

(@jordanjay29 all my database credentials were correct, and I had no problems while using composer that I had last time I tried to download Flarum locally for some months back. But do you have any ideas why this can happen?)

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, PHP7.0, All modules are installed correctly, permissions are correct, directory is correct, and I am running Apache2 and the latest version of MySQL.
