Friendly URLs (aka transliteration) in slugs

New extension to transliterate slugs. This converts words like trąnslįteration tėst ųsąge ūž to transliteration-test-usage-uz. This trasliterator is different from those previously published and follows same rules (slightly modified) as the WordPress transliterator. This results in more accurate and modern slugs.

You can see this extension in action at: https://foro.vozidea.com

To install it with composer: composer require zeokat/flarum-ext-seoslugs

This code was deeply tested and It should work without bugs. Anyway, this code is published as extension for now and then it will be submited to the Flarum's core. If you find any bug, please open an issue at GitHub or reply here with details of the problem and how to reproduce it.

Works as far as I know, but I have no one using those characters to test it on. Honestly, I don't think there is anything to improve on.

neogeo Hello, i think that i updated the extension to work on Beta 8 but i didn't tag the new release. I have to do some test and release the extension for beta 8. Maybe tomorrow the work will be done 👍️

Plugin updated, now it works with beta 8 👍️

Zeokat I installed your extension right now, and I did a test... I have to say that is not working for me, the slug is creating "-" on accent vocals, like always 🙁
