Sanguine Yes, great news for you guys. And I'm not surprised at all by this development. I think people no longer trust putting their communities on social platforms like Facebook where they have zero control over the user experience and do not get analytics. I refused to launch our community on Facebook Groups -- which is why I'm trying Flarum.

I started Facebook in 2009. My most active year was 2013/4. Since 2016½ I almost never enter Facebook. It's just pointless and waste of time. Displaying too much unrelated content and serves out of purpose.

duman Same here. Also, I just don't trust Facebook anymore. They know more about me than I know about myself. That can't be a good thing. ?

I tend to use Facebook to keep in contact with family and friends both locally and overseas. I don't mind some of the content that comes through though and watching videos that people post or like from time to time. It serves its purpose basically but I do think that forum software serves other needs that isn't in the vision or can be handled by Facebook.

Facebook banned my account for porn in April 2017. It detected my private artworks even they were not porn at all.
