"Reverse Chronological" order of comments in discussion

It will be useful for users to post a comment by just checking last comment. For that it is great to have a comments in a reverse chronological order such that user doesn't need to scroll to down the page and then post a comment.

If you think about how flarum works you shouldn't need such feature IMO.
Because if you open a discussion for the first time, you are presented with the very first comment. If you scroll down to read other comments and reopen that discussion on another ocasion you will be taken to the last comment that you saw.

VIRUXE arteta is talking about seeing posts at the top when you're not logged in. This is, I think, different from OP's request, which specifically was associated with quickly replying to the last comment by having the display page contents reversed from bottom to top (post box, last post, other posts in ascending order).

jordanjay29 Perhaps that's a good feature for a 'blog' styled post? I think that's how they're normally set up.

Really good functionality and important to users, who can access the last post of each topic. I think that it'd be the first user feedback if I put flarum without this feature.

Someone could write an extension to make a Go To Last Post link from the discussions list, too.

That seems to be a standard feature, to put in the core ? a lot of users search this option in the admin or the user's profile.

arteta Many of Flarum's "core" features are extensions, like the language (you can even remove English from Flarum), post formatting and even the tags. Flarum's core is very much just a core for handling users and posts, most everything else is built on top.
