I see you have a WordPress site up. You also have only 512MB of memory.
Although I have seen other members mention Flarum can be installed with less than 1GB memory; I have not ever attempted it.

I cannot install Flarum for you.
I have removed the SSH key I created so that I could connect, I have also deleted the email you sent me with your cPanel credentials.

My VPS have 512MB of RAM and runs Flarum without problems. But i don' t have cPanel eating my resources ?

I am used to working with barebones headless Ubuntu or Debian installs and did not want to risk damaging the site currently hosted by OP.
I cannot help any further.
