Ralkage @Kyrne and myself are currently working on a native poll extension. It will be traditional to the discussion OP but given the suggestion by @luceos we might add it as an option for any reply to be able to add a poll. Cause what fun would it be if only the OP had the ability to create polls?

Felli Shahiem If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to make it three to four choices by default and allow for users to press a "+" button to add more choices, other than this looking forward to seeing the completed project. ?
Shahiem Felli That's a good sugesstion, but I think I'll add a limit on the amount of answers. (Like 10 as example).
Ralkage I would suggest that the options are on a list from top to bottom and not start on a new line from your example where the HY option is to the right of the first 2 options.
Shahiem Ralkage The administrator can decide if they want a list from top to bottom or the grid example. But you can always change the css if you don't like the way how it looks ?
