Sidebar-Tag Seperators

There should be a feature with tags to put in a separator.
Something very simple and permitting drag and drop
It's a completely UX thing that helps people quickly scan content by "jumping" from section to section rather then slowly going through the whole list looking for something specific.

(I went through issues on github this time after Toby - 99% sure this doesn't already exist - this time)

Kulga I really like this idea! Would the user be able to drag the separators and adjust the ordering, or is it fixed by the admin? I could see pros and cons to both.

I agree that it's a good idea. I believe @Toby has some ideas along these lines as well.

We'll consider some kind of tag grouping functionality as part of #395. More than likely it won't just be separators, but (optional) group titles as well.
