dehbuff Hi guys, i'm looking for blog to complement flarum forum. Something like flarum (simple and fast) but for home/blog section. What do you think would be a good script to complement the forum? Maybe ghost or hexo? I think wordpress is too much =/
Dominion dehbuff Something like flarum (simple and fast) but for home/blog section. It's not updated all that frequently, but this very forum has something like what Kulga has described. Try clicking the "Blog" link in the sidebar. If it seems too much like Flarum, a bit of work with custom CSS might help.
Kulga I think another user had the idea to simply use flarum as the blog. In fact, having a certain tag only be permitted by certain users (you) would permit a "section" just for your content. It'll feel like flarum too - cause it is flarum
erlend_sh If you want to stay on the PHP stack, there's a very promising newcomer called Grav. http://getgrav.org/ It's flat-file based, so there's no database involved. There's also a bunch of professional quality themes available for free.
