luceos That won't work as the vendor files will be missing.
You need to have a PC with composer, git and php installed on it, create an empty directory, open the terminal/cmd in the new folder and follow the regular Flarum install instructions. Once that is finished, upload all of the files to your shared host via FTP, once that is done, connect to the URL that your files are located at and run the Flarum installer.
