Hello fellow Flarum-ites! I know that there have already been a few posts like this before, but I would like to ask one simple question:

What extension do you really want in Flarum?

I have taken up developing extensions in Flarum, and I need some good ideas. At the moment, I am working on the following extensions:

Global Color Changer
Changes the color of your Flarum installation
Cookie Consent
Cookie Consent notification for Flarum
Popup-Notify
Push notifications for Flarum (like, chrome popup notifications)

I think this would be needed for forum that has wordy posts. This could allow the readers to look for the particular info they need in a post..

~~I don't really know if this feature is desirable for others.. just some random brainstorming~~

I reckon the best thing to do is a search of the forum for 'extension requests' or by having a look through this discussion. It's amazing how good the search box works on Flarum and you will find numerous people posting about the same things that they want. ?

Prosperous Yes, I did a search, but I wanted people's ideas on just one extension, and this way, I can keep track of everyone's suggestions.

If you are looking for an extension with high interest, this discussion will not help you find it. People will only shout their own preference, whereas you need to look at an overall trend. As Prosperous correctly point out sufficient other discussions exist that can give you sufficient inspiration.

If you want to keep track of your own extensions, I suggest creating a discussion like the one by Reflar, Flagrow or the one by Kyrne. Even then make sure you are not starting "yet another what to build" discussion.
