VestaCP has some serious bugs which cause serious security threats. It was in discussion some time back

My budget is $4 per month. I am not sure I need a VPS in the beginning.

I have tried Webmin before. It is not an easy choice for me. Far difficult than the likes of VestaCP

My personal favourite is dealing with cPanel.

meetdilip I was running mine on aws free but I upgraded. But the free tier does work.

Ynever used c panel but I would be surprised if you couldn't install c panel.

What's the max specs I can use with Amazon EC2 12-month free?
