10 --> major number, highest priority
0 --> minor number, lower priority
5 --> patch/build number, lowest priority
if it specifies a version or higher, look at the major number. If it is the same, continue. If it is higher, you're all good. Do the same with the minor and patch. If anything is the same or higher, you should be good. So therefore, 10.2.0 is good, since the minor number is higher than the lowest version specified in the docs.
