JuliusBajaj You might have to clear the cache a few times. It might also not work with existing posts. This sort of thing has happened to me before, generally with any TextFormatter plugin.

You'll have to do this yourself, the extension doesn't add any site-specific settings - that's all part of the TextFormatter plugins. See https://discuss.flarum.org/d/18535-add-mannualy-website-for-s9e-mediaembed.

Thanks for the great addition!
I spent several hours looking for an answer, but never found it.
There are links from different sites in mp4 format. When added to the article, they remain links.
Some recommend using https://s9etextformatter.readthedocs.io/Plugins/MediaEmbed/Add_custom/, but as I understand it, this solves the issue when all the links are from the same resource. And what about the different sources? Ie I need a player that can play video from various resources in mp4 format.
Can anybody help?

Aleram I think Autovideo embeds video links, try enabling it.

Pherinos I think this is an issue with your installation. I am running 11.1 and have this extension - no issues, and I see the dots - and can access settings. Are any errors shown in the browser console ?

Pherinos I see, ok. Theres no index.js because the JS source files aren't downloaded with composer - this is to make downloads smaller and prevent false virus detection (which happened with a dev php script with a few reflar exts).

I'll look into it.

iwoow you may want to try php flarum cache:clear as I'm running beta 11.1 with formatting enabled without issues on the admin side at least.
