Updated but the problem remains the same (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS: Brave/Chrome/Firefox)
I didn't find any index.js in fof/formatting directory:

iwoow you may want to try php flarum cache:clear as I'm running beta 11.1 with formatting enabled without issues on the admin side at least.

Pherinos I see, ok. Theres no index.js because the JS source files aren't downloaded with composer - this is to make downloads smaller and prevent false virus detection (which happened with a dev php script with a few reflar exts).

I'll look into it.

FoF Formatting 0.1.3 has been breaking
Administrator interface Crash, No interface, no operation,the configuration interface will not be opened, and the front-end code parsing function cannot run.

I have a problem...

But the videos on YT still links:

Is there another setting to authorize FoF Formatting to change these links in video thumbnails?

Pherinos are these post previous the enabling the extension? If so the extension probably won't take effect until after you edit and save the post again.

No, the extension had been activated before.

I edited and saved the posts but it didn't change anything. Cache cleared too...

Pherinos When I was creating this extension, I noticed some plugins wouldn't properly enable or work for some reason. It's not the extension's fault as far as I can tell. Try disabling MediaEmbed, loading the discussion, and re-enabling MediaEmbed. Loading the discussion should update the formatter cache without the plugin, and then add it back. It may be a bit trial and error until it works, I don't really have a good answer here.

Don't worry, I think the Upload extension, with the "Disable Hotlinks" option activated is may be at fault, but nothing certain, so don't waste your time with that.

PerioTV I'm not sure, it might not be possible. You could try it globally for the forum with CSS. I didn't make these formatting plugins, I just enable them .

My flarum also cannot transform links to video players. I tried to disable it, refresh the discussion and enable it and discussion again, then re-edit the link post and save again. Nothing works, also no error messages in browser's console.
I'm a developer, too, just not very familiar with these web things. I checked the source code, it seems like any link started with http/https and end with .mp4 should be transformed.
I understand if there's no answer of how to fix it. Just want to ask if you want me to provide any information to help debug.
