Where are those link settings supposed to appear, somewhere below "Users", or where it says "this extension has no settings"? I wish the extension author took 5 seconds to explain it in the extension readme, maybe it's obvious when everything is working as expected, but I've spent an hour searching through all menus and reinstalling everything and still not sure if it's not working or I am looking at the wrong screen.

I don't know why the settings are not showing up for you. Which version of this extension do you have?

serg555 This is usually due to cache or a problem with some other extension, Flamoji is a common candidate that breaks the settings pages of other extensions, if it is not one of the extensions you have and you have cleared the cache I would recommend disabling the last extensions you installed maybe you will find the one that is causing the problem.

rob006 maybe he has to set up global permissions for extension to work? 🤷‍♂️ haven't used this extension but that was normally the case with smf.

Found what caused the problem.
It was related to me moving "public" folder to the outside directory incorrectly (forgot to modify 'public' path inside site.php)

Can this extension make it so that certain links are only displayed for a certain group of users. Associated with flarum's permission settings?

It would be great to have an option for the dropdown menus to show on hover rather than click. It would be much more user friendly that way. Hover over the parent item to show the child menu and not have the arrow icon there at all.

When I enable the FOF Links extension, then create a link it shows up behind the main forum logo. How can I get the links to start showing up to the right of the logo?

Durtdawber can you describe your setup and existing customizations in more details? Please include your php flarum info.

The problem likely originates from another extension or manual js/css additions, because site logos are supported just fine as you can see on this very forum.

What do I need to change to make my logo bigger yet not break the Links extension?

Durtdawber The problem is that you're setting the position of your logo as absolute.

You can change your CSS to something like this so the positioning of the links remains to its right.
You probably only want this to happen on the non-mobile views, so I added the @media tablet-up query that I believe applies to tablet & desktop views (so not the mobile drawer).

Hi all, I'm encountering a problem.

When I create link with visibility for Guests, so only non-logged in users see it, the Link information is not displaying on the Links admin page.

I have two other links that have been configured for Everyone (at first) and now for Registered (logged in) users.
These Links and their settings show as expected in the admin panel.

The ones with Visibility for "Guests" still work, show on the front end, but are invisible in the admin panel.

Has anyone else seen this / is this a code problem with the extension?
