matteocontrini This extension looks amazing! I haven't tried it out yet. I'm guessing you used https://api.imgur.com for creating this extension. What if I want to use this for my forum that has ads? Doesn't Imgur charge money if you are planning to make money using their service?

matteocontrini Yeah! I've noticed that too. But their ToS says that if they find you using their service commercially without registering at rapidAPI, they will ban you. So I guess it's safer to use your extension when it's not for commercial use.
Just an idea, maybe if you update the extension by registering under rapidAPI (free plan), it can be safely used for all.
therealsujitk this extension currently uses the standard API, and the API key must be set by the forum administrator. It could be possible to add support for the commercial version of the API, but I'm afraid I won't be able to do this in a short period of time. I'm currently very busy with university studies...

Is there any alternative upload web site because imgur is banned on some countries. So we can't use this great extension.

Can somebody add https://sm.ms as a image upload website in this extension? Both AMAZON S3 and IMGUR is not available at my country.

aleveltech I think this is feasible, but it requires the sm.ms API. The open source software PicGO supports sm.ms. Maybe you can find the clue here.

I got this problem {"data":{"error":"Invalid client_id","request":"\/3\/image","method":"POST"},"success":false,"status":403}when I try to upload image.
I set the client ID already in admin setting extensions.

henryonsoftware sorry, I missed this message. You should make sure the Client ID value is correctly set. There's no other way, if the error says that it means it's not correct unfortunately

hello, can this extension work by serving the images on the local storage instead of using Imgur as an external service? I would use this extension inside my company, but I cannot use external service since the information might be sensitive.
