itlo Onebox is one of the best features of Discourse, and Flarum still doesn't have something like this. Looking at https://github.com/discourse/onebox I can see now that Onebox can be used for other apps too, as this one here. "It was originally created for Discourse but has since been extracted into this convenient gem for all to use!" Can we have extension for this now?
Cheun @Franz I'll contact some poor lad here in the Silicon Valley and see if he can port it over. Lol, too many Ruby devs here with no work because everyone is switching over to NodeJS.
VIRUXE Im not familiar with this and I'm unable to see a demo but from what I've read isn't this something like the MediaEmbed extension?
Davis itlo I understand it's not exactly the same. Let me rephrase: Does it not do the same thing? Also, good luck "porting" ruby to flarum. You would have to rewrite the entire thing.
