WIP Private Messaging by Shahiem
While this has possibly gone stale, please take a look at FriendsOfFlarum/byobu84. This PR, which the giffgaff team is hoping to redo within the next several weeks, would add most conventional PM features to Byobu.

I would be interested if @Shahiem Already got donations for creating the extension. Because for me it looks loke he does not care at all to answer in the thread.
As he was online in the last weeks and most likely also gets notified when somebody writes here, he has read the posts.
So what would be the next steps? Should somebody write a private messaging extension or will we just wait?
Tikey As of a week or two ago, Byobu now has more-or-less full support for private messaging: https://github.com/FriendsOfFlarum/byobu.
askvortsov Thank you I will look into it. In my last test with Byobu, it wasn't a good implementation for 1 on 1 private messaging.
