yinlangzi What service have you chosen in the settings? ALso - where are you getting/seeing "can't get user's ip" text

Is it wrong here? Should it be "unblock other users using this IP at the same time", right?

Littlegolden When you unban an IP, you also unban other users that only have used that banned IP. However, if another user has two banned IPs, and one of them is unbanned, they'll remain banned because they still have one banned IP.

Despite allowing moderators in permission to view and ban IP's, they don't see the option to ban IP.

hrvoje_hr The option shouldn't appear on users that also have the ability to ban IPs. In other words, you cannot ban someone that has permission to ban people.

I know that, but maybe I wasn't clear. Moderators can't ban any user IP's even when they are allowed to do that under the permissions tab.

hrvoje_hr Hm, odd... Can you be more specific? Do they see the button to ban IPs? Do they get a permission error when they try to do so?

datitisev they don't see Ban IP buttons. Neither on the post options, either on the profile.

hrvoje_hr Is there possibly a API Cache thing going on here? Do you use any services like Cloudflare?

Same problem here:
"View banned IP address list" and "Ban IP(s)" for Supermods, but they can't view the list. Of course, they can't go into the backend, which they shouldn't, but there could be a seperate Ban IP(s) List for them if the right has been gained.

Still same problem 🙁 If i allow the permission Eg on admin group, the admin can't ban, didn't see the button and didn't see the banned ip lists.
