Add ability to @mention groups

Franz The dropdown helps distinguish between mentioning a specific post and a user, that's what I meant. It could distinguish between user and group just as well.

I'm not sure I like changing the symbol for it, but maybe a combination symbol. Something that doesn't seem like a negative (which a slash, a common escape character, does). What about @:moderators?

MikeJones Should we be allowing users to tag all the monitors? I feel like the @ gets abused a lot here just to get specific people attention when it isn't needed.

We could offer the functionality based on a permission given to groups. This might also make sense for user mentioning.

A lot of forums are allowing in-house groups aka clubs to boost engagement. We can have groups like plugin developers, theme developers etc who are regular members and not staff.

I think this extension would be really "useful" if it's possible to mention a group (@staff) and tags (#help) like on Discord
Without this, it's not really useful to just mention one person :S

Really need this possibility to grow up one of my little community (Flarum is the only forum system I really love using all day)

Personally, I think that tagging groups is very interesting, since by tagging a group I could send notifications (also via email) to many users.

bifo Mailing lets you email a bulk amount of users.

I don't think there's a way to notify @all though, is there?

and then you can use group tag to notify them for example: @member although @all tag would be nice.
