Add ability to @mention groups

Not sure if it was discussed before. It is a feature NodeBB already has. You can tag a user group as well just like an user. Would be great if @moderators will notify all members in that group. And the same with @admin group as well. What do you guys think of this feature ?

Sounds like a fine feature. There are some technical problems to be solved, though:

What about naming conflicts with members? Oh, you will say, we can just block group names from being registered as usernames. That's all fine, until a group is renamed, or a new one is added. Any ideas how we could get around that?

Doesn't Flarum have a dropdown on the @ symbol just for that reason?

How does that dropdown help when you have a group named "Moderators" and a user named "Moderators"? What BBCode / other markup would each generate?

Franz The dropdown helps distinguish between mentioning a specific post and a user, that's what I meant. It could distinguish between user and group just as well.

I'm not sure I like changing the symbol for it, but maybe a combination symbol. Something that doesn't seem like a negative (which a slash, a common escape character, does). What about @:moderators?

We can add a slash, like @/administrators and @/moderators, like Gitter does.

We could offer the functionality based on a permission given to groups. This might also make sense for user mentioning.

A lot of forums are allowing in-house groups aka clubs to boost engagement. We can have groups like plugin developers, theme developers etc who are regular members and not staff.
