Update v2.7.0 - Bug fixes, more assign options, convert ticket into discussion
This is a special release, a few members of the Blomstra team checked the code and made some big improvements! I can't thank them enough for their work! đĨ
As it has been 2 years since the first version of Flarum Support has been released, we'll start soon work on adding alternative themes and features to the knowledge base and ticket system. We have some great idea's and can't wait to add them. We'll also work on new functionalities for the knowledge base.
New in this release is the feature to assign yourself to a ticket (or unassign) without replying first. This is great for when you're working in a team and claim tickets before replying to it, preventing colleagues to answer the same tickets.
We now also support converting tickets to discussions. Sometimes there are situations that you rather solve something in public.
