Hey everyone. We thought since we already shared some screenshots of an upcoming update on our Slack Workspace we could show some of the screenshots here too. The upcoming update is something you all have been asking and waiting for: private support tickets! 🥳
The update is not finished yet, but don't get us wrong: we're definitely working on it and are trying to release the update within a few weeks. It is a very big update for the plugin since it adds a lot of new functionality to the extension. The plugin is already very extensive with for example a flexible rating system.
But enough talking. Let the screenshots do the talking. We'd love to hear your guys feedback! This is just a basic look of a ticket.

This is how it looks for an user who created the ticket. A ticket is only visible for users with a specific permission role (For example moderators) and the user who created the ticket.

And this is how it will look for your staff with the correct permissions. As you've probably seen we've added a new notification icon in the top bar. This is the Support Center. You'll receive information about tickets here.
