[deleted] They have shared and dedicated from what I've seen, but the dedicated is a little pricey. VPS is of course something to think about tho.

Yggdrasil For esoTalk I think the min is PHP 5.3+ but for Flarum this needs PHP 5.5+ so you'll have to check which versions of PHP they use. ?

They are very cheap (2.54 / mo and first year domain free) and they published FLARUM installation instruction:

A note: they speak of FLARUM old min requirements but in a below picture there is the php selector with 7.1 and all modules free to select.

As Host Gator as a2 are very cheap (2.50 / 3.50 mo) and they have all what I need to install FLARUM.

In particular a2 can install FLARUM for you.
