I came up with this name casually. If you need a pronunciation, pronounce it as'fam' ( family -> family). 
For free software, I think its pronunciation should also be free.

xkeyC @Justoverclock I'd exercise extreme caution here. An infected DLL file is going to wreak havoc on any Windows system if it comes from a random and untrusted source. I'd expect all DLL files to be digitally signed along with a Checksum that can be used to ensure the file hasn't been tampered with.
Taking this file from anywhere without extensive checks is an absolute no in my view as it's putting your system at risk.

You'll want to grab both x86 and x64 bit versions of Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.
To add, I agree with [deleted] with regards to downloading that DLL from an non-trusted source; tread with caution and verify the Checksum

I have updated Windows-Release_with_dll.zip in https://github.com/fluam/fluam_app/releases/tag/0.0.1-fix .
The packaging method is referenced from https://flutter.dev/desktop#windows ,The next version will use MSIX packaging instead of zip.
installed this from microsoft and now works fine
