Ich glaube Flarum benutzt English auch wann der nicht enabled ist. Das einige knopfe keine Ubersetzung hat kan ein Fehler sein den ich noch nicht gesehen habe.

That's only true in a minority of cases. FoF User Bio e.g. acts as you described but many other instances don't, especially core including the admin interface.

But I like Flarum, look around, there is not much in the field of forums that are not always "the same" and "look the same", Flarum is an exception as I find, sure I could have stayed with vB or switch to a WBB or similar that might be "Simpler" for me, but I wanted something different.

There was one extension blocking the admin interface tags colors by nearato, this was removed. After that I corrected all paths so that Flarum is served from the root domain. The installation was hardened a bit. It's now back online.
