Is it possible to have a tag that excludes visibility from a particular user group, but still allows them to create threads within it?
For example, if you want users to be able to post to forum moderators as a group, without that thread being public to everyone who isn't a moderator or that OP. The user would only be able to see threads in that tag which they themselves have created.
