Congratulations on taking another step towards greatness! Google got backlash when they changed their logo font. Now everyone is used to it. Instagram got backlash when they moved away from the app icon that looked more realistically like a camera. Now everyone is used to it. The purple's fine. Iβm glad, out of the two options (blue and purple), you all voted for purple. Because so many community platforms use a shade of blue. Because for years Iβve heard people say, statistically, blue is most universal. But, we canβt all have blue websites. Thatβs boring. Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, WordPress, and more, all shades of blue. Itβs over done. Surely as human beings we can handle colors other than blue. Wise choice at least switching it up a bit. Because Flarum is different.
Edit: Oh is it really an April fools joke? Well, I'll still keep this here in case you all ever do switch to purple because color changes arenβt a big deal. π
Except blue. Never make Flarum's official color blue. No offense to anyone with a blue themed website. I too have had blue themed websites.
I do not like April Fools. Now all day I have to wonder what is real. Iβve got enough stress in my life. π° Ugh, I should have known with, "corporate identity." π€¦ββοΈ
