Hari do you see rafaucau Telugu lanauge? if not how can i add (edit: as i can see under T there are only two languages and the scroll bar ended there 😢 )
The support languages depends on a few things, see https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/analysis-lang-analyzer.html#analysis-lang-analyzer. All of these mentioned have been implemented. My knowledge of Elasticsearch is limited, so I have no idea how to get support for Telugu added.

You will absolutely need an elasticsearch server running somewhere. If your hosting control panel supports it then definitely use that one. But understand that elasticsearch uses quite some memory and cpu. You can use stackhero or AWS or something too, to offload it from the current server.
Once configured, make sure to run the indexing command, see php flarum where it is, then run the command with --help for all flags and options.
Hari question-related to related disucssion extension Justoverclock as your extension runs using default flarum search if i enable blomstra/search will it retrieve data from blomstra/search or it will still use default flarum search?
No extensions so far interact with search, as far as I know. Related discussions will most likely use the default API endpoint.
