Project directory is not empty error

Hi, while trying to install Flarum I keep getting error that Folder where I'm trying to install Flarum is not empty (But it's empty, no files.)
Error:

[InvalidArgumentException]
Project directory "/home/v94479/public_html/icedsite.pp.ua/forum/." is not empty.

EStudio the folder must be totally empty to install flarum, are u sure about hidden files?

Justoverclock Yea, totally sure. I've checked it with FTP client where showing hidden files is enabled.

EStudio odd....can u try to create a subfolder in that folder, and run the install there?

Justoverclock I did that before but still - no results.

Btw I'm using Fornex (It's not an ad of hosting.)

Sorry to hear you're having issues!

Do you happen to have SSH access to the box? It might be easier to do something like

sudo rm -R /path/to/flarum/directory

Then try it again? 🙂

katos Looks like on hosting is installed some other version of linux that doesn't have sudo

Issue was .ftpquota which has now been removed, and you should be good to go! 🙂
