While I appreciate the sentiment, I don't think I agree. If someone is feeling frustrated with Flarum to the point of coming here to post about it, I don't think we should dismiss it right off the bat. In this case, the problem was due to config issues / faulty extensions used by the server operator, but that won't always be the situation. If there were to be something genuinely wrong with core that was causing this much frustration, I would want to know about it.
The original post could have probably been worded more productively, but it didn't really come off to me as trolling: more likely, OP genuinely lost a post they spent a lot of time on, and were understandably frustrated. Either way, @Akefu-Brewer welcome to Flarum, and I hope your future experiences with it are more positive π€
